Application decided but didn't receive. Shall I call ukvi?

Dear members.

I applied for my tier 1 visa extension on 19th January 2017.
Received complex issues letter on 12th February

Now I checked status of my visa extension application on their website which says DECIDED. It is written their that I will receive my decision in ten working days. This status was updated on 29th may 2017. It was written there that I should call them if I don't receive decision by ten working days.

I haven't received any response yet. Shall I call home office ? On what phone number I should call ? I tried on a 0300 number in the morning but no one picked up. I waited for 20 minutes.

What I should do now ?

I have checked my bank account. I didn't receive IHS refund. I really doubt if website posts accurate information.

Did you received any letter from UKVI or not yet. I have the same issue.

His visa refused due to short of some employee hours.
