TIER 2 lower salary. NEED ADVICE

switching from Tier 4 General Dependant partner to Tier 2 General , company applied for COS under 3545 code , was rejected 2 times , advertisement and salary issue, now advert corrected with salary required , open and closing date, the problem with actual salary , my contract for 33,000 , 3545 salary increased in April,2017 to 33,300, my contract 9 to 6 Mon - Frid , (40 hours) please advise how can this be adjusted , as they need the rate of £16.42 per hour, can I reduce the number of hours in my contract to 38 , is this acceptable , please advise? thank you very much
