EU national with PR and non EU spouse with RC

Hello,

I have recently received my PR certificate and would like to stop working in order to look after my two young kids. My husband is non EU and currently on RC, more than two years left for him to apply for PR card.

Our solicitor says that despite my PR document I should continue Treaty Rights until my husband submits his application for PR card.

Is this right?
