UAE transit visa

Hi all,

Has anyone had anyone experience with UAE 96 hour transit visa. I am a little confused. As Emirates state that Bangladeshi passport holders living in UK can get the visa. But the online VFS say they don't process this. They also mention Emirates local office can help.
