Tenant Agrement form & spouse visa check list

Hello

I am a overseas student

I am going back home next month to get married and would like to apply my wife visa to come over with me and i need to know ..... do i need to provide testation from solicitor for my tenancy agreement and other documents ?

And secondly please check my check list which i am going to provide to visa officer for my wife visa

1) My college letters, confirming as a student.
2) Tenancy agreement
3) copy of my passport & visa page
4) My sponsor bank statement
4) my UK address bill
5) my UK bank statement
6) marriage certificate

Please guide me do i need to attach any other document and kindly provide me the link of the APPLICATION Form which i am going to fill.
