Spouse Visa-Full time employee & Director Financial Requ

Hello,
I'm the director of the company and receive only employment income (monthly Salary) and have no access to any other benefit ( no dividents, no company car, no shares etc) neither I've any personal relationship with the company owner,
Can I sponsor my wife under the normal employment income rules or other documents are also required?
