change in address, informing UKVI

Hi,
We have recently moved our home and would like to inform UKVI about the new address. I was wondering if we could do this online
or we have to send documents through the post?
We are three (Tier 2 main, and 2 dependents). Do we all have to fill forms for each of us separately or only Tier 2 Main has
to update his address with the UKVI?

Also, which documents need to be sent (will bank statement of the main applicant will do the job)?
