Tier 2 General visa enquiry

Hi,

I have been working with one company on Tier 2 General Visa. My visa will expire in 2019

Due to some emergency reason, I had to come India this month. So I had to resign from company. My HR has advised to the Department of Visas that they have accepted my resignation and are no longer my sponsor.

As I can understand, generally UKBA gives 60 days before curtailing the current Tier 2 visa.

Now my company wants me to rejoin and has asked me to start working from August' 2019 onwards.

Kindly advise me with my few concerns which are as follows:

1. If my visa has not been cancelled, can I move back to UK on same visa (General Tier 2)?

2. If my visa has been cancelled or is in process for the same, Am I eligible to enter in UK on the same visa as I assume I am eligible to stay in UK for 60 days after cancellation of visa.

3. Do I need to re-apply for the same visa as I have been offered a senior position?

4. I have sponsored my wife's visa, so will she be eligible as well for the same formalities?

Since your company has notified UKVI and you have already left the country there is NO 60 days curtailment period.
I am afraid you may need to apply for a new Tier 2 visa and a 12 month cool-off period applies.

Can I apply for any other visa in UK in 12 months duration?
