Applying for OCI from India

Hello

I am applying for my child's Registration for British Citizenship as she is eligible for it.

My query is after getting Naturalisation Certificate and British passport if she goes India;

1. Can I Surrender her Indian Passport in India?
2. Can I apply for her OCI from India?

Does she need Indian visa on her British Passport to goto India or she can travel with her Indian passport, as I believe travelling India with Indian passport after citizenship is allowed for 1st time without penalty

Please can you confirm?

I believe travelling India with Indian passport after citizenship is allowed for 1st time without penalty

Any travel with an Indian passport within 90 days of the registration certificate or naturalisation certificate will not attract a fine. Any later than that and there will be a fine.

Indian passport should also be surrendered within three years of either registration or naturalisation certificate or there are further fines.

So I understand I can Surrender Indian passport in India and also apply OCI from India ,correct?

Do I need to apply Indian Visa on British passport or I can use Indian passport to show at Uk immig Control and thereafter?
