I had the same thoughts initially. But my own 13 months + 11 months was accepted and from all the discussion here, it looks like that, irrespective of their examples, UKVI is honoring the criteria that was in place pre-2014. At the time, it was clear that there was total flexibility in the combinations and they are honoring the terms under which you originally applied.supremium wrote:hi zimba and ali
the guidance states that from the transitional arrangements two employees of one year each can be replaced by the following examples:
1 employee of 24 months
1 employee of 6 months and 1 employee of 18 months
4 employees of 6 months each
are these guides/examples of how the differing lengths of employment can be used or are they fixed requirements?
the reason i ask is because I am curious as to why the example of 1 employee of 12 months and 2 employees of 6 months each hasn't been included
best wishes
What does that even mean ?supremium wrote:hi zimba,
is the fps reports that come out in computer jargon code sufficient?

The guidelines do set out the information that the FPS should have. And if that information is clear in the FPS, it is fine.
To repeat, if the document you have has the required info (start date, end date, PAYE paid, etc.) then there is no reason UKVI would reject it - even if it is XML format. If really needed, you could highlight those information in the report.supremium wrote:Dear MarcNathmarcnath wrote:What does that even mean ?supremium wrote:hi zimba,

Thank you for your earlier response.
What i meant in regards to the FPS was as follows:
On my SageOne program, the output comes up in an HTML XML type Jargon. It seems from the examples my solicitor has showed me for some of his other clients, there is a very clean FPS output sheet that can be presented to the Home Office. I have logged on to my HMRC portal but all the RTI notices section are clear, and I really am at a loss as where to find the FPS RTI report (which comes in nice boxes with all the figures, as well as the submission ID etc and date/time stamp at the top). To re-iterate, what I have from my sage basically looks like HTML XML computer code. (Hence the word computer jargon).
Any help on this matter is appreciated
Best regards,
(Also looking to share a super premium appointment at the end of summer).
