Question about the status of my EU permanent residence

Hi I have my ILR 7 years ago but my passport got expired so needed to renew my passport. now im applying for a job and HR ask me that my ILR should be in my current document but how? i show them both my passport the old one that has my ILR on it and my new renewal one.
