New CoS needed when rejected by knowledge of English?

Hello experts,

I am employed by the Unversity a Lecturer. My first application was rejected due to insufficient knowledge of English. I am now applying for the VisasAndNationality assessments from NARIC to validate my English ability and degree.

Does the University need to offer me a new CoS when I apply the visa at the second time?

In this case, I need to ask the University to apply a new CoS.

After that, I use the new CoS + VisasAndNationality assessments + my original set of documents submitted in the first application.
