If your visa has been issued based on the partner route, it would be difficult to renew again under that condition. Do you have any children from the relationship?

Husband's timeline - overstayer 11 yrs
08/16 - FLR (FP) Partner, refused 02/18, 03/18 - JR permission refused with merit
08/18 - FLR FP (Partner) PSC - Approved
07/20 - FLR FP to FLR M Switch - Approved, 03/23 FLR M Ext Approved.

Really ?? so are you implying i have to stay with her ? Because as it is, she has already made up her mind and so have i? Yeah we two kids together a boy and a girl? Its just so unhealthy and unfair arguing and shouting at eachother around the kids ,i dont want them around that or be raised in such way, so is there any other solution?

Are the children British citizens? If not, what leave to remain do they have?
