Tier 2 ICT Transfer to Tier 2 General Visa

Hi All,

I am currently on Tier 2 ICT visa which was issued in the month of September 2016, Can I switch to Tier 2 General Visa with a different sponsor ?. Can I apply for new Tier 2 General Visa with new sponsor or existing sponsor ?
