UK Tourist visa

Hi,
My inlaws from india have visited UK before 5 years in tourist visa. They would like to visit again this October (2017) in tourist visa. Since they have already visited UK once, is there a chance to receive the tourist visa valid for more than a month. Wondering if there is a chance to receive the tourist visa with 3 months validity. Thanks in advance.

The visa will be issued with a validity of 6 months. In their application they can state that they will stay for 3 months.
(Casa, not CR001)
