Tier 2 extension query

Hi ,
I am presently on Tier 2 general visa which expires in Nov 2017. I have recently been shifted to a new job role a month ago with a raise in salary but with the same employer who has sponsered me previously . I wanted to enquire do I need to apply for a new COS as I am unable to find if there is any change in my SOC code since I cannot locate my job role on the list. My job role has changed from physiotherapist to a diability analyst. Please help if someone can suggest in relation to this.
