Urgent Entrepreneur extension issue with share capital

Hi Zimba,

I am applying my visa in July 1st week

Confusion with personal bank statements

Investment done through Share capital 52000 pounds

I am planning to submit Business bank statements with highlighted transactions( only that pages )

is it mandatory to submit personal bank statement also?

Whats the required documents for investment done through share capital ?

Please READ THE GUIDE. It is clear you do need to submit any bank statement

As Zimba stated there is no need to submit any bank statments as per the Guidance, its up to you. But as per my experince try to submit SHO1 n CS01 and share certificate along with your Accounts . Remeber the docs I have mentioned are not the Proof of Investment evidence, but they might help as supporting dcouments. your accounts are the first priority and shld be in the required format

As mentioned by the others, the bank statement is not important for investment by shares and it is definitely not accepted as evidence on its own.
The important document is your Business unaudited accounts, prepared and signed off by a suitably qualified and certified accountant.

Okay, I am also planing to submit my business bank statement but in transaction just showing my personal bank account number and sort code. in ref : just my name (not surname ) is that okay ?
