Applications submitted in Pakistan are processed in Sheffield. The Eid al Fitr isn't a national holiday in the UK and it appears that the UKVI agents in Pakistan,VFS Gobal close for only one day, Monday 26th June.

I imagine that the Case Workers will be well aware of the closure. Three days in the overall scheme of things won't make any significant difference to the processing time.
