Couple queries

Looking to become naturalised from non-EEA (5 year route).

I received a warning from UKBA in 2008 or 2009 as a circled W in my passport.
I had no issue getting a fiancee visa in 2011 (married that year with intention to stay when I arrived)
I had no issue getting FLR(M) in 2012
I had no issue getting ILR in 2014 (old 3 year rules for ILR)
Divorced in late 2015 (amicable, didn't work out after all the time)
New passport 2017

I'm concerned that the warning W in my old passport and/or my divorce will cause problems with naturalisation. I have no criminal record or any of the other things for the good character. Would either of the above things prevent my naturalisation application?
