Family Visitor's Visa For Unemployed/Dependent Parents

Hi,
I am currently on ICT Tier 2 long term visa valid till Aug 2018 and my parents would like to visit to me from India.
Could you please confirm whether the visa category would be family visit or general visit?
Also my father does a small business in India, and they don't have much money in their account around 1-2L INR. Can i sponsor their visit? Any other points I need to take care?
