Tier 2 Dependent minor application

Hi

I am applying tier 2 dependent visa with my 4.5 yrs daughter. Do i have to submit a separate application for my daughter, I am confused here because in the application there in one section asking about travelling with any minor.
Please advise on this

Yes, a separate application is required for each applicant (irrespective of their age).
