ILR eligibility

Hi,

I have been in UK sine 2008 and continuously staying in the country since 2011 on ICT visa, I have put all visa type and entry and exit details below please can you advice if I am eligible for ILR and what are my options.

From the above, did you leave UK on 25/12/2009 and re-enter in 12/11/2010? If yes, was this on your existing visa or did you apply for a fresh entry clearance?

Many thanks for your response, when I re-enter in 12/11/2010 it was a fresh entry clearance new visa.

Unfortunately Tier 2 ICT issued after 6 April 2010 does not lead to ILR on 5 year basis.
The earliest you may apply appears to be 10 years after you entered in 12/11/2010 through Long Residence route
Your stay prior to this period will be disregarded for ILR purposes as you had a break of more than 180 days
