Form MN1 Child's continuity

Post by mithralaya1 » Tue Jun 27, 2017 9:52 pm

I have an appointment with my local council for tomorrow.

While preparing application for my child under Section 1 (3), I just noticed that my child was away from UK for 100 days in the last 1 year.

He is one year old now and my wife and him went back to India on her maternity break.

Is this alright? The child doesn't break continuous break does he? Under section 2.3 on the MN1 form they are asking for all absence from UK. I gave reason for absence as "Visiting relatives".

Please help.

Many thanks,
