Hello. Im kindly requesting for help. I was given 30 months on the bases of my daughter who is british because her mother is british. At the moment things are not goung on well between me amd my daughter mom and my daughter mom is threathening to stop me of having my extension in my limited leave even though I am paying child maintenance amd mostly picking my daughter from school amd dropping her to school. Currently she stopped me not to even see my daughter amd never to pick her up amymore from school. She even went and told the svhool that.
This worries me because my daughter likes me amd she is about 9 years old and I always want to be with her. I have asked her seberal times for me to see my daughter recently but she refused becsuse she said she wont give me amy evidence of contact with my child. In addition to the maintenance fee im giving her for my daughter, Im also payinh 100 pounds monthly into the ISA bamk account I opened for my daughter. Please help me on this issue my good friends in this forum. Will she be able to stop me from getting my extension in leave becausr that is her motive now?

You will need to seek a contact order. First try mediation, and if unsuccessful, apply for child arrangement order. That order can be used to seek extension.

Thank you very much Obi. If mediation is succesful, is it possible for me to use the mediation documents as evidence of contact?

You may be able to come to an agreement which may be drafted in a form of an affidavit. This can be used in lieu of a Child arrangement order.

:evil: Hello guys. Thank you for your assistance on my issue. My lady have started allowing me to see my daughter today after she heard I wanted to use mediation. Her main aim is for me not to get any evidence of contact when applying for my extension as she will refused to give me any letter to show that Im seeing my daughter. What should I do now? Pls help
