Hello dear Moderator

I am silent reader of this form it is very informative.
I have a question on behalf of my friend he was accused of sham marriage in Uk and on bail he left the UK in 2011 or 2012 now he is married to a BC in Germany from last 3 years he is working there and living together from last 4 years Now his wife wants to move back to UK before Brexit.
any advice for him?
