Unpaid parental leave for tier 2

Hi All,

Can someone advice on the question below.
Can a tier 2 migrant take 4 weeks of unpaid parental leave along with 4 weeks unpaid holiday in a calendar year?
I see a parent can take unpaid parental leave of 4 weeks in a year and up to 18 weeks in total.

But i wonder whether this can be applicable for tier 2 migrants as i see in tier 2 guidance absences or unpaid holiday policy only maternity,parenity,shared paternal and long term sick leave are exempted.
