Regarding IHS

Hello,
I have applied today and paid for more than three applications once it comes to the last application(Insurance Health Subcharge) and the payment process was successful, I did not receive any confirmation or transaction recipt although it has been deducted from the bank account.
I need the transaction recipt how can I ask IHS to send it for me although I recived the application payment recipt.
