Question about Permanent Residency

I am not sure if I can apply for permanent residency and hope you are kind to bear with me while I try to explain the situation.

I am German and have lived in the Uk since May 2003, married my British husband in 2004.

Now my work history is employed at company A from May 2003 until the end of January 2005, then employed by company B from March 2005 until June 2007, employed by company C from August 2007 until end of January 2008. Would that qualify as 5 years?

After that, I was stay at home parent from February 2008 until 2011, in 2011 I did freelance work but earned less than minimum tax threshold income, from 2012 until 2015 I was employed in my husband's company but earned minimum wage. I have not worked in 2015/16, but registered as freelance this year.

I have mostly been dependent on my husband's income since 2008, which is fine as he earns a decent living, but I never had CSI so I doubt I can apply for PR.
