Tier 2 ICT to ILR as dependant

Hello,

I am on long term Tier 2 ICT since Dec 2015 (valid for 3 years). My wife is getting Tier 2 General soon in Sep 2017.

I am aware that I can switch to Tier 2 General as here dependant. However, I would like to know if my years under ICT will count for the ILR.

Would it be possible then that I can obtain ILR before my wife although I am her dependant.

No. You will need 5 years on Tier 2 Dependent to qualify
