the reason was the payslips they said they only got 3..but we sent 6 payslip. and they make mistake on the financial requirement..so it was there mistake.

so your telephone interview to you and your employer wasn't the reason for refusal and was accepted regardless?

yes they called my employer also
what i messed up on i said i work from 11 to 7
employer said 10 to 7
and i said i work sundays 11 to 5
employer said he works monday to fridays but he didn't mention sundays but HO didn't phsyically ask do i work sundays i guess
i work for my uncle its flexible hours sometimes i start 10 30 sometimes 10 some times 11 its our own family business so its flexible we don't really have a set hours shift for work but its roughly on average 11 to 7 so that's why i said it i was nervous and answering quickly
Apart from that everything else answered spot on

My biometrics was on the 4th january
got an email for UKIV 19th january that it's under review by an ECO
got the call from home office and so did my employer on 31st jan

Yes, you will definitely get an update Insha’ALLAH soon. All I’ve been doing is searching for posts and forums since I’ve applied so i have seen people who got calls for their employment received their decision emails within ays, and also when home office rings they expect people to be a bit nervous so its doesn’t matter how it went as lomg as you have answered honestly, they have the paperwork infront of them when they so they can see everything. . her bio-metrics were recieved at the local VFS office in karachi on the 31/10/2018

the 3 month waiting time was over on the 31/01/2019, and since I have rung the uk visas and immigrations department about 8 times. 2 weeks ago i rang them and they said the desicion has been made and your wife should expect an email with 10 working days. after 10 working days i rang them again to ask because we didnt receive any email, so the operator said that your application is under review...

QUESTION
1) once the decision has been made what does application under review mean ?

You have received advised from two members. Spamming the forum with multiple duplicate topics is not going to make your visa application get processed sooner or give you a different answer that you want to hear.

There is nothing you can do but wait. There are members posting in this thread that have been waiting for a year.

We don't work for HO (we are all unpaid volunteers on the forum) or have in-depth knowledge or details of their inner processes etc, the call centre is also outsourced and do not have access to your full case file. You simply have to wait to hear back from UKVI.

Dear CR001 or someone from the forum participants who are able to give advice in my case. I need your little help.

18 Dec 2018 I was informed on the call centre that the decision on our application was made (they could not say exactly when the decision was made).

It's been 46 days now. Still no news of our passports being ready.
During this time, my case was escalated 3 times, Sheffield tells me that they have some technical problems.

What could all this mean? I don't know what to think. What else can I do?

We are in same boat. Our decision was taken around 5 Jan still waiting. I have contacted MP
and escalated case. If I don’t get a reply I will write a letter to the same address where I have sent the docs. Do have any dependant? Did they request ihs for dependant ?

They take there time in seeming passport back. They made a decision in November for me and sent passport back in January with a refusal

Does it mean refusal ? Ppl getting passport in a week with visa.
I have read your case. You have very strong case for appeal. Sometime they even overturn within weeks of submitting application. You can contact your MP or even contact Sheffield direct on VisaSheffield@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk explaining ur case that you withdrew the application it wasn’t rejected so there is nothing to hide.

So we r appealing now. I really do hope we get an overturn decision very soon. I've waited a whole.year for a decision that's the main thing that upsets me and we sent hide anything don't know why they say we have not been honest wen we were but they don't know about the email we sent so hoping that proof will help us. Plus I have w disabled daughter wish they look at that too

You cannot just keep repeating the same question over and over again. It is against the rules like mentioned before.

Your 30th working days are up on 15th February. Its friday so if i was you i would give them a call on 18th February. If they say it’s still waiting decision just ask for escalation if possible. I missed a call on Friday, they didn’t to call me today so I’ve been sooo stressed all day. Thinking about it, I dont want to call them just in case yet until 19th February. Don’t worry. Waiting is the most killing thing. Because you can’t plan anything. I have holidays booked from 23rd February i wanted to go pakistan and come back with my husband hoping his visa will be sorted.
