DVLA Driving license Revoked

Post by sheffieldrana » Fri Jun 30, 2017 1:13 am

Hi,
I need urgent advice from you guys.
Just received a letter from DVLA about revoking my license because of Not lawfully residence in the United Kingdom.
My Judicial review is pending, which was filed 1.5 months before to immigration upper tribunal.
In letter they mention that you can appeal against our decision to the local magistrate court.
What is the chance if i go for appeal?
How long Court gonna take for the decision?

Thank you
Waiting your suggestions

Hi I have read Vinny link. Where I found that you can appeal under article 8 of human rights. If you live with a family and u need licence because u can facilitate your family so you have strong ground to win the appeal. Best advise read thoroughly Vinny link. I am very surprised when I read the wording that DVLA not bear any interference by any public body in relation of human rights violation. So it is very clear you have right to keep licence on Article 8 grounds.
Also consult the solicitor.

Thank you for your reply
Good news is Home office withdraw their all allegations against me before judicial review proceedings. My question is, still I have to go to the magistrate court against DVLA or just send email or letter to DVLA to let them know that home office reinstated my visa.
Thank you
