Dividends instead of salaries

Dear Gurus,

I was receiving salary from my company, I report RTI every month, I left the payroll because I do not want to receive salary, I want to receive dividends instead.

Is it ok if I receive P45 and I do not report my name as an employee (director) in the company payroll?
Is it ok if I do not receive salaries and dividends? I have enough money in my bank account for living.
