Long Term Visa for Spouse of EU Citizen

Hi,

I'm a Hungarian citizen and my wife is a non-EU citizen. We are currently not living in the EU.
I was wondering whether there is a way for her to apply for a residence or long term visa which will allow her to travel to EU even without me.

Would help if you tell more about, where you and spouse are at the moment and where is it that you want to travel or relocate to in the EU.
