Dependent visa for wife

Post by Sai321 » Mon Jul 03, 2017 10:40 am

Hello Guru,

I am having my ILR visa in a month througj Tier-2 General 5 years route. I am married in 2015 and my wife came to UK in May 2015 as Tier 2 dependent, so she will be on 5 year route. Her Tier2 dependent visa will expire in August 2017. She is now in UK.

1. What kind of visa my wife need? Is it just an another extension of her Tier-2 PSB dependent visa or Will there be any separate visa form for ILR dependents.
2. What kind of documents do I need for my wife application.
3. Do I need to maintain fund balance of £630 in my account?? Is it mandatory?? But unfortunately my account balance went below £600.
Are there any other alternative?? Can I show my saving bank account India as my proof of fund maintenance??

Please give your valuable suggestions.

Cheers,
Sai

She will still continue to qualify for Dependent visa until her ILR period.
