Where do i declare Speeding Offence SP30 from 2008?

Hi Everyone, in Oct 2008, I got caught speeding by Police car hiding in side street and he referred the case to Court cuz he said its a 30m/hr road and I was doing above 50m/hr. So I received letter from Court or Fiscal in Edinburgh and I plead guilty by post, I never appeared in court or hired a lawyer. Below are the details of what I got as a result:

Speeding Offence Code: SP30
Driving Licence Points: 4
Fine issued by Court: £120
Acquired on: 22/10/2008
Points Removed From Licence: 22/10/2012

Do I need to mention this detail? If yes... Do I write the details in "Criminal Conviction 1" or on the "Further Information not covered in other sections Page 22"
