Post by fmcool05 » Tue Jul 04, 2017 6:00 am

I will be completing my 6 years DLR soon and just want to find out if I can apply for ILR via the premium service (same day application) or is it by postal services only
Thanks

You can apply through the PSC. The premium fee is £590

I have just stumbled with this info and slightly confused now

"You also can’t use the premium or super premium service if you’re applying for discretionary leave to remain or humanitarian protection unless:

you’re applying under the transitional arrangements to extend your discretionary leave after 3 years
you’re applying to settle in the UK after 6 years discretionary leave"

I eventually made the application at Croydon on 11/08, after waiting 3.5hrs for my case to be considered eventually I was granted ILR. Thanks so much everyone!

Hi,
Can you please tell me if you were granted DLR after the refusal of asylum or on some other grounds.

I wanted to apply for ILR and 6 years on DLR but my DL was given after the refusal of asylum and it says i can not use premium service i need to use FLR(DL) form.

Did you use SET(o) form or FLR(dL) form

kindly advice.

The DL was on long residence and private life established not on asylum and it was set(o) form I used.
