Variation FLR M or TIER 2 Dep

Hi Seniors ,

I am waiting for my AR result (SET O refusal ) , If AR negative I need to apply within 14 days of the refusal received .

So My question is

1. Can I apply Tier 2 depended or FLR M depended ( Mr apply ILR early next month )

2. If I apply Tier 2 dep can I vary FLR M while Tier 2 dep processing ?? ( If my AR results come early )


Please help !!!!
