Tier 2 General - Salary Increment

Hi
I am in Tier 2 General visa.Currently am working as an Advertising and PR manager and getting
£27000 Per year.Now i am wondering whether i have to show any salary increment as i am going to renew my visa next month.

Please help me out...! I would appreciate if you reply back.

You will be expected to earn experienced salary. So check the SOC for your job to see how much you should be earning.
