past employments // unmarried partners

Post by LadyRenoir » Tue Jul 04, 2017 1:21 pm

Apologies if this has been covered before, but could not fund it browsing through the forum.

I came to UK as a student in 2007 with the main purpose of studying. For the first three years, I worked part-time on a zero hour contract. I have some payslips from that time, but I have not collected P60s/P45 from neither of the three places unfortunately, and all of the places are now under new management, so they do not hold anymore records of my employment- hence I cannot show any letters from employers. I do have Worker Registration Scheme certificates for all. I also have a record off all the tax paid until now from the Revenue and Customs which details each year's payments (but not workplaces). Will that be enough? Would I need to produce all payslips, or would would a selection be enough?

Secondly, I have now lived for almost three years with my partner/fiancee (there is a box for unmarried partners)- we are not married though. Would it be simpler not to mention it at all? If I do mention him, would I need to fill in his details in section 1.34 - 1.39 as well or it is reserved for 'official' marriage/civil partnership?
Thank you in advance for any help.
