Applied on 11th January 2017
Bio done on 31 January 2017.
Successful letter issued on 30th June and received today.

I have just follow the guideline, no extra documents only required documents mentioned guidelines.

My Business nature: IT consultancy, Web and Software developing, digital marketing, Promotional Design services.

Docement List:

Passpost, Photograph, Application Form, IHS Reference Number Document


Investment and Business Documents:
1. copy of Certificate of Incorporation
2. Current Appointments Report
3. Director Loan Agreement (one)
4. Business Bank Letter confirming company has UK Bank Account
5. Business Bank Statements last 7 Months and the pages with director loan transactions (original).
6. Company Accounts all 3 years
7. Company Tax Return CT600 for all 3 years

Employment Documents:
1. Employees Passport copy
2. Payslips
3. FPS Report with all Employee Start Date highlighted
4. P60 for those who leave the company
5. HMRC Payment Receipts

Maintenance and English Requirement Documents:
1. MSc Certificate
2. 3 months personal Bank Statement above 1000 for myself.

Additional Documents
1. Employers liability insurance
2. Professional indemnity Insurance
3. 3 Recent Business Contracts

I didn't receive any complex letter.
