Spouse visa from Iran (married now)

Post by Ahad_uk81 » Tue Jul 04, 2017 10:34 pm

Hi everyone

I have got married and few months back and now want to bring my wife here to live with me. Just need some advise and how to go forward about it.

We have been together for over 2 years and married March 2017.

I get enhance rate PIP for both living cost and mobility. Expires June 2018
I get ESA support group too. Expires June 2018
------ total over £800 each month from DWP. Got a care too he gets £260 a month.
I have indefinite leave to remain as a refugee.

Got a two bedroom council flat. Full rent and council tax is paid by housing benefit.

Just not sure where to start ? Shall I go to solicitor ? I'm based in Doncaster so won't mind travelling out a bit if there is any recommendations.

Or shall I save the fees and do the application my self ?

Any advised would be great. Thank you everyone
