Qualified for PR?

Hello everyone.

I read the forum but still a bit confused.

I got divorced after 4 years of marriage and spent a year on ROR now. It's been 5 years since the day I got married. Do I qualify to apply for PR or I have to spend specific amount of time on ROR? During this time I was waiting 6 months each for both visas.

Can I apply for PR now or I have to wait longer?
