how long from 'decided' online status to receiving decision?

how long from 'decided' online status to receiving decision?

Status of my husband's application online from 'awaiting decision' on 25.05.2017 was changed yesterday (04.07.2017) around 3pm to 'decided' on 14.06.17 (!). We still have not received any papers and are now obviously concerned. It's been 14 working days and still waiting. Our solicitor says it is not uncommon but I have not seen any case where waiting for decision letter is more than 10 days. Any comments? Thank you!

Would you mind telling us when your husband applied? The reason I ask is from previous posts it seems as if you applied in april? As most of the applicants from march are still waiting, this could be just a glitch in the 'beta' system. But I may well be wrong.

Yes, you are absolutely right - we applied on 04.04.2017
