Need answers for appendix 2 VAF4A Financial requirement form

Dear Team,

I am a British Citizen helping my wife (applicant) fill Appending 2 of VAF 4A form and need guidance on the below questions

1) Sec 1.28 : Is your sponsor responsible for supporting anyone financially, including children listed above ?
Question : I have 2 kids from my Ex Wife and I have no liability to support the kids financially. My Tax statement has no records of any transfers done to my Ex-Wife or Children. Do I still need to provide any legal evidence or some kid of proof that I am not supporting anyone financially ?

2) Sec 2.7 : Does anyone other than the sponsor, live in the property ?
Question : I have a Friend who stays with me in the Rented 2 bed room apartment and will be leaving before my Wife comes. His name is not part of the agreement copy but he is part of the Voter list. Should I specify his details and add a note that he will be leaving before September ?

3) Sec 3.3 Income from self-employment Complete Part 3C (Category F or G)
I am a self-employed Chauffer and I am applying under 'No child under dependents under 18'. An Income before tax of at-least 18,600 a year.
Question : Why is Part 3C Sec 3.51 asking for Sponsor's company detail ? I will not be part of any companies role and find this question confusing. appreciate your guidance
