No.

You’ll usually need to register if all of the following apply:

-you’re 16 or older
-your visa (or permission to stay in the UK) is for longer than 6 months
-your nationality means you must register
-you’re not exempt

Nationalities that usually need to register:

Afghanistan, Algeria, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Bolivia, Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Georgia, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Libya, Moldova, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Palestine, Peru, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkey, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Yemen.

Dear Zimba,
When they entered the UK, their ages were 15 and 14 , now they become 17 and 16 , before when they received their visa, there was no requirements to register, now they are 17 and 16 years old but there is no impose to do that, no one ask us to register with police, we are from the list of countries required to register, I registered when I entered.
I am thinking about that,, may be they will impose to do so when the HO grants the extension visa , I need an advice.
Kind regards,

The condition to register is not there. This will be imposed after extension only

Dear Zimba88,
Many thanks for your answers,

Please read page 11 of 26

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... _clean.pdf

It says:
Police registration

Caseworkers (after entry to the UK)

This page tells you how to impose or re-impose the police registration requirement when
granting an extension of stay (leave to remain).

People not previously required to register:

If a grant of leave to remain means a person needs to register with the police, you must make
sure they are notified of the requirement when writing to notify them of the outcome of their application.

Does this explain my dependents status?

As I said several times now, your dependants did not have to register at all. This requirement will be imposed by case worker later after extension on their BRPs as they have to register AFTER visa is granted.
