Hello, I will like to ask on behalf of a friend.

She has recently (January) received her PR though the letter stated her entitlement to PR was in 2015. Sometime in 2013, she upon separation from an abusive partner had no food for her child and went to Tesco and shoplifted some food item, she was caught and taken to court. She got 6 months probation which she finished in 2013.

My question is - Does this affect her chances of applying for citizenship based on good character?
