Company in profit 35000, dividends 21000 taken between dec 2016 to feb2017

Congrats on a profitable business. Your dividend withdrawals seem to be all from profits - should have no impact.

There is no issue in that you invested just before your application. It will still be awarded points. But you may be asked to show that you had access to the 50000 from your grant until it was invested - that was a condition of your initial grant and HO has the right to curtail your grant if that cannot be shown - you don't need to provide the evidence with the application. I don't expect it to be asked either unless the CW has problems with other parts of the application. I haven't come across anyone in this forum having been asked it yet.

Regarding the document list, it does seem comprehensive. I can't spot any missing documents. There are a lot of extra documents as seems to be the common approach by a lot of people here. Section 2, for example, seems redundant except for the one bank statement needed. So is Section 9 and all of the supporting documents. Plus additional documents in other sections too.
But to your ask, can't see anything missing.
