FormFilling Guidance Urgent T2 ICT Migrant to T2 G dependant

Post by Rohit1976 » Wed Jul 05, 2017 11:49 pm

Hi All,

I am currently in UK on Tier 2 ICL Long Term Visa (Visa issued in Nov 2012). My wife's employer has sponsored her Tier2 General visa ( June 2017) , she applied from outside UK (India) and got her Tier2 Visa. Now she is back in UK.

Now I am applying to convert my Tier 2 ICL Long Term Migrant Visa to Tier 2 General dependant visa from within UK. I am also applying to convert my daughter( 12 years ) ICT dependant visa to Tier 2 General dependant visa. My queries are as follows

1) I am filling my form from the link https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... nt-partner . Am I using the current link ?

2) As I have started filling the form and facing a following tricky question with a warning.
Question - 'Your current immigration Status - Are you currently a dependant of a point based migrant? Options 'Yes' / 'No'
Now as I am a ICT Migrant Visa(main applicant) and applying to convert to T2 dependant Visa , I am answering it as 'No' .. system is giving me a warning message "You can not use this service to apply for leave to remain, this service is only for people who are dependant of a point based migrant"

Please suggest what option should I choose 'Yes' or 'No'

3) I plan to apply under priority service (10 days service) on coming Monday. Any guidance on how easy / difficult to get the slot within the top 60 slots ? Also how long should it take to get the BRP card once I submit and send the documents to Home office.

I plan to apply under priority service on Monday, request you to please provide your valuable guidance on priority.

Many Thanks

Rohit
