8 weeks no determination letter from Judge

Post by dicknite » Fri Apr 28, 2017 5:39 pm

Hello Everyone, i am new here, please can somebody help me out, i went for an appeal after the HO refused my asylum, the judge told me that he will send his verdict 4-5 weeks. It is about 8 weeks now i have not heard anything

I dont know if anyone has witnessed this kind of delay before or could it be because my lawyer made a further submission in regards to my British child before the hearing date which the judge and the HO has seen?, please i need your response. Thanks

Write to the tribunal and ask that it be passed to the judge. Seek reasons for the delay.

hello everyone, my appeal has been allowed under article 8 because i have a British child, my asylum appeal was dismissed, i want someone to please advise me on what i should expect next, Biometric enrolment or the BRP?

During my asylum screening at the airport they captured my biometrics, so i don't know if i need to do another biometric enrolment or they will use the previous one?
