Post by shoaibrabbani » Thu Jul 06, 2017 12:38 pm

Dear ,
I am married to UK national (British born woman) from 10 years living in Pakistan . We were married in Pakistan and since then we are living in Pakistan . We visited UK on holidays in 2013 for a month . We have two sons both are holder of British Passport . My wife is house wife and currently taking care of house and my sons . I am doing a stable job in Engineering sector (more than 10 years of experience ) of Pakistan and earning more than 18,600 Pound / year ( as I read in some forums for required income ) . Please advise how can I proceed and can I apply for spouse visa from Pakistan , what are initial requirement ?

will appreciate valuable feedback

Your wife will have to have been earning the required amount in Pakistan as the sponsor, not you as the applicant.

Alternatively, do you hold savings of £62,500 which have been in an accessible account for at least 6 months?
